BlueSky continues to organize and carry out the study and implementation of the new "Work Safety Law"

The 29th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China adopted the “Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress to Amend the Work Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China”, implementing from September 1st, 2021. In order to thoroughly implement the new "Work Safety Law", Bluesky convened all employees to start a special safety meeting to learn on 29th September .

At the meeting, Qionghua Feng, chairman of BlueSky, emphasized that the "Work Safety Law" is a comprehensive and basic law in the field of safety production, with comprehensive content and strong guidance and operability for safety management. We must always tighten the strings of law and security; Be sure to seriously study the new "Safety production Law"; Be sure to rectify in high standard and prevent risks scientifically and effectively; We must enhance our sense of responsibility and mission, and remain mindful of potential dangers. Remember the pain and stand up firmly. All staff should strengthen ideological construction, legal awareness construction, and safety concept construction, in-depth study and implementation of the new "Work Safety Law", earnestly achieve results in safety production, and fulfill the annual goals and tasks.”

At the meeting, the Legal Department conducted special training on various regulations of the "Eleventh Criminal Law Amendment", and the Head of Security Department gave a statement on how to carry out and implement the new "Work Safety Law".

The chairman Qionghua Feng finally emphasized that we must firmly tighten the safety string, always keep in mind the painful lessons of the 8.3 incident, and the management should take the lead in learning, ideologically, understand the seriousness of the new "Work Safety Law", understand and master the content of the legal provisions, Effectively enhance legal awareness.

After the meeting, BlueSky purchased 1,000 copies of the new "Work Safety Law" study manuals and distributed them to the employees of all departments to create an atmosphere where everyone knows and abides by the law. In the past two months, all centers and departments have repeatedly organized to study the new "Work Safety Law", analyze each relevant clause in depth, and earnestly learn the new "Work Safety Law" thoroughly. All employees also spontaneously link the theoretical knowledge they have learned with actual work, study repeatedly, compare and reflect, combine positions, and carefully write experience reports.
